Our team is seeking an experienced Customer Implementation Manager for Castlight’s newly formed post launch implementation team. The post launch implementation team is a fast-paced and dynamic project management team in charge of implementing Castlight's products for our live customers. Situated between the customer success managers and Castlight's product teams, Customer Implementation is responsible for turning customer decisions into live product implementations at a high-growth company.

The Implementation team works with customers from the point of an upsell through scoping, product development, implementation, and additional business development opportunities. We take a data driven approach and utilize industry knowledge to deliver quality and on-time implementations. Our mission is to turn our customers and end users into evangelists; achieve sky-high employee engagement levels; and build a lean team that can scale in order to bring our products to millions of users.

  • Build, manage, and execute the successful implementations of Castlight's products to its customers
  • Be the project lead and day-to-day contact for Castlight's Customer Success Managers 
  • Complete customer configurations, assess their viability, and anticipate potential risks
  • Personalize the product through software tools or project manage their implementation by product teams
  • Keep the project team informed and ahead of potential risks
  • Evaluate project success and identify options for quality improvement and process improvement to enable better and faster implementations for our customers

Travel: 10%

  • Skilled project manager with demonstrated multifaceted project success and 3-5 years of project management experience in technology or the health care industry
  • Talented team player with ability to work across different teams and foster excellent remote relationships
  • Exceptional at leading and improving processes, with the ability to predict future challenges and manage change accordingly
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond under the pressure of a fast-paced technology company
  • A natural problem solver and proactive strategist
  • Organized and thoughtful with the ability to handle competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a sense of humility
  • Highly detail-oriented. Organized and results driven with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
