Description

The primary function of the Project Analyst is to support critical initiatives that drive customer success and upsells.  This individual will partner closely with a Project Manager on programs such as plan year rollover, quality assurance validation and new customer launches. Your primary job will be to work with Castlight’s Customer Success and Implementation team to collect the required data, update information in Castlight and do the quality assurance validation. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects is critical to this role.  There are also opportunities for project management and discovery to drive process improvements. This role is quickly evolving, so the overall responsibilities are likely to change and expand.

The Castlight product is personalized based on data and benefits design information from our customers. These benefit designs are subject to change on an annual basis.  Implementation Services team is a team within Professional Services department that manages rollover activities and benefit changes for Castlight’s growing customer base. This role offers an exciting career path within Professional Services and a fast changing, dynamic organization.  

Responsibilities include:

·      Understanding the overall customer scope and conducting discovery to understand required changes and custom work

·      Data entry of customer benefit changes in Castlight applications

·      Reporting and tracking known issues or risks associated with a customer

·      Quality and Validation testing of the application

·      Maintaining a large volume of project plans for internal teams

·      Partnering with the Implementation team, Customer Success and Data Management teams

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of related experience, preferably interfacing with internal and external business partners and clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and astute attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with account executives, customers and internal teams
  • Extremely well organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, and highly self-motivated
  • Benefits or healthcare experience or passion in the subject matter is a huge bonus
  • Data management and/or analytics experience is a plus
  • BA/BS required
