Description
The Business Development team is seeking a talented, smart, and entrepreneurial member who will be responsible for owning the lifecycle of Castlight’s portfolio of digital health partnerships. On the Partner Ops team, you will own the ongoing partnership management post-contract, working cross-functionally across all departments, as well as with enterprise customers and external partners, to enable our digital health partnerships as we scale them across a rapidly growing customer base.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive detailed project plans and playbooks with partners
  • Assign tasks to cross-functional teams and follow-up to drive resolution
  • Create and continuously improve library of program mock-ups, implementation guides, process documentation, stakeholder enablement materials, and FAQ’s, and ensure that the appropriate stakeholders are trained
  • Problem-solve data issues and implement solutions by coordinating work across multiple business and technical teams
  • Develop and manage cross-functional processes to support Castlight’s partnership operations and expansion
  • Consult with Fortune 500 clients on implementation of Castlight’s digital health partnerships at their companies
  • Provide business strategy and requirements to product teams to drive scale across our operations

  • Skilled project manager with demonstrated multifaceted project success and a consultative approach
  • Proven track record of taking ownership for cross-functional teams and driving results
  • Proven influencer abilities and relationship management experience
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Cultural fit with Castlight: team player, comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Based in Castlight’s San Francisco office
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • 4+ years relevant work experience
  • BA/BS required
