About Castlight

At Castlight, our mission is to empower people to make the best choices for their health and to help companies make the most of their health benefits. We offer a health benefits platform that engages employees to make better healthcare decisions and can guide them to the right program, care, and provider. The platform also enables benefit leaders to communicate and measure their programs while driving employee engagement with targeted, relevant communications.

To date, Castlight has partnered with more than 240 large enterprise customers, spanning millions of lives, to improve healthcare outcomes, lower costs, and increase benefits satisfaction.

The Implementation Operations Associate will be responsible for bringing Castlight implementations to scale across their lifecycle and innovating on how we deliver to customers: product configuration, data mapping, building processes to improve and scale delivery, and quality assurance. The Implementation team works with customers from the point of an upsell through scoping, product development, implementation, and additional business development opportunities. We take a data driven approach and utilize industry knowledge to deliver quality and on-time implementations. Our mission is to turn our customers and end users into evangelists; achieve sky-high employee engagement levels; and build a lean team that can scale in order to bring our products to millions of users.
