Description
Castlight’s Product Marketing team is the voice of the customer, using insight into our buyer to guide product roadmap and drive go-to-market strategy. This is a highly collaborative team that works in close partnership with Product Management, Corporate Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams across the organization to successfully bring Castlight’s products to market. We are looking for a strategic, creative and motivated MBA candidate to join our Product Marketing team for the summer of 2018.

The PMM MBA intern will own or have an impact on various projects that could include:
  • Defining go-to-market strategies aligned to corporate goals
  • Driving top-line growth through sales and channel partner enablement
  • Influencing product strategy with market insights
  • Developing thought leadership on pivotal health and wellness topics
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis 

Qualifications
  • Pursuing an MBA degree
  • BS/BA required
  • 3+ years working experience in marketing, strategy consulting, or product management preferred
  • Ability to partner with and earn respect of senior leaders
  • Some knowledge of the health and wellness industry, Human Capital Management, HR IT industry or related experience preferred
  • Experience building stellar customer-facing presentations from the ground up
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills and ability to generate strong relationships
  • Proven ability to run complex processes and navigate organizations
  • Accountable, proactive and thoughtful with high attention to detail and strategic problem-solving skills
