Castlight is looking for an experienced employee communications professional to join the User Growth Team and drive adoption of best practice engagement strategies among our customers.

The ideal candidate will excel at understanding customer-specific requirements and tailoring a marketing communications strategy to their needs to drive high utilization among eligible Castlight users. In this role, a successful User Growth Manager will find creative ways to help individual employers achieve their engagement goals, identify communication trends and insights across the Castlight book of business, and contribute to the development of innovative strategies to engage Castlight users. Through this role, you will have the opportunity to work with large and small employers in every industry and will be able to put your excellent relationship-building skills to work.

  • Serve as a strategic engagement advisor to customers and internal stakeholders from senior execs to mid-level managers
  • Create and manage customer-specific engagement strategies that leverage Castlight best practices with the employer’s culture and communication channels
  • Drive to decisions while managing multiple stakeholders and points of view
  • See the “big picture” of engagement opportunities and barriers across customers and initiate action plans to optimize opportunities and mitigate barriers
  • Partner closely with Castlight’s Customer Experience, Product/Product Marketing, and, Sales teams to facilitate successful execution of strategic initiatives
  • Gather and apply relevant data to create meaningful insights and recommendations for customers
  • Experience in working with enterprise companies to drive employee engagement
  • Understanding of the employee benefits and/or communications marketplace 
  • Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills, including customer-facing presentations
  • Accountable, proactive and thoughtful with high attention to detail and strategic problem solving
  • Effectively work internally and externally to address, manage and resolve escalations
  • Cultural fit with Castlight: team player, comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Passion for Castlight Health’s mission and operational improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/customers at one time
  • Listens well
